Berry and Yoghurt Ice Blocks

Now is a good time to head to Blueberry Corner to pick up your fresh raspberries or some of their famous blueberries! If you live out of town, next time you visit the Bay of Plenty, a visit to Blueberry Corner, near sunny Whakatāne, is a must!

Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries or raspberries
1 cup of natural vanilla yoghurt
1 cup of whipped cream
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of chocolate chips

Method

Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into ice block holders and pop them into the freezer. Leave for at least 6 hours – or for a better result overnight!
