Coconut Chia Seed Breakfast
This is amazing! ?
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 can coconut water
Put in bowl to soak, while you bring
1 can coconut milk to a simmer on med to low heat.
When simmer starts add
2 free range eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla bean
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Pinch of himilayan salt
Whisk for 3 mins, add to coconut water, and mix, pour into 2-3 plates, leave over night in fridge.
To eat add berries, and almonds
