Handful fresh basil chopped
5 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Juice of one Lemon
Rind of one Lemon grated
Handful toasted pine nuts
2 Tomatoes
1/2 small red onion
A good Drizzle of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
