Smashed Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic


• Grab a bag of Potatoes which can be used for baking. • Peel or leave skins on, wash and boil with a little salt until semi soft. • Once cooled, break them up with a fork • Pre-heat oven to 180oc • Grab a handful of fresh rosemary and chop up approx. 5 garlic cloves • Sprinkle these over the potatoes, drizzle with a good dash of olive oil. • Season with some salt and pepper and bake until golden.
