Here is how!
Ingredients
1 can of Caramel sauce
250g Butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
4 x Free-range eggs whisked
1 cup plain flour
1 x oven tray lined with baking paper
Method
Preheat oven to 160oC
In a large pot melt butter, mix in sugar cocoa, and vanilla essence, And mix on low for one minute.
Remove from stove, mix in flour, chocolate chips, and eggs quickly.
Pour half the mixture into a lined tin, pour over the cameral sauce, and then pour over the remaining mixture on top.
Bake on low heat for 40=45 minutes
Once cooled dust with icing sugar.
The brownie should appear soft in the middle with a nice cracked top.
