Coconut base: 225g Pams melted butter 2 cups of Pams shredded coconut 2 cups of Pams brown sugar 2 cups Pams plain flour Sponge roll tin Pams baking paper Pre-heat oven to 180oC on fan bake.
Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper.
In a separate bowl, with dried mixture pour over melted butter and combine.
Press into the tray, bake for 18-20 minutes.
While base is in the oven, make the icing. Icing: 2 x Cans of Condensed milk (Caramel flavour)
½ Christmas fruit mince, optional 2 x Packets of Milk chocolate pieces
5 candy sticks crushed In a bowl, mix the caramel with the fruit mix.
When slice is ready, remove from over and pour caramel mix over the slice.
Pop it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once ready, remove from oven and pour over the chocolate pieces, allowing them to melt. Then with a knife spread it over the slice and sprinkle with the candy sticks.
Place the slice in the fridge until set, this can take between 3-5 hours.
