Holy Moly Guacamole

Quick guacamole

• 2 avocados (large)

• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 1 red onion diced

• 1 tomato diced

• 1/2 capsicum diced

• Juice of one Lemon

• 3 tsp olive oil

• Salt and Pepper

Mash the avocados and mix in the remaining ingredients.
