Bianca's Slow Cooked S'more Cake

What’s the best part about a bonfire at the beach? Making S’mores with your friends! So…I thought, why not try and make S’mores at home in a slow cooker?

TOPPINGS 1 packet marshmallows ½ packet Chocolate Thins ½ cup chopped chocolate pieces

CAKE MIXTURE Pams spray oil 4 eggs – Pams Free Range 1 cup water 1 cup milk or yoghurt 1 cup Pams Olive Oil – light 2 ½ cups Pams self-raising flour 2 cups Pams brown sugar 1 cup Pams Raw Cacao Powder 2 tsp Pams baking powder 1 tsp Pams baking soda 1 tsp of Pams malt vinegar METHOD Put all the cake ingredients in a cake mixer and combine until smooth. Spray slow cooker with oil. Pour in the cake mixture and slow cook for 3 ¼ hours on low. After cake mixture has been cooking for 3 ¼ hours, add marshmallows, chocolate and some broken up some Chocolate Thins to the top. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Serve with your favourite ice cream!
